April Mottram, RPh is the Executive Director of the New Hampshire Public Health Association.  She has 30 years of experience working in the healthcare and public health field.  April has worked for North Country Health Consortium for 9 years where she served as the Center Director for the Northern New Hampshire Area Health Education Center, Director of the North Country Public Health Network, and Executive Director for the Region 7 Integrated Delivery Network.  These roles provided April with an opportunity to focus on healthcare workforce development and education, integration of behavioral health and primary care, emergency preparedness, public health initiatives, grant writing and grant management.  April has 20 years of experience working as a pharmacist in a variety of settings including retail, hospital and a 340B pharmacy within a Federally Qualified Health Center.  Additionally, she owned and operated an independent retail pharmacy.  April earned her Pharmacy degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Boston, Massachusetts.

Tara Graham is the Immunization Coalition Coordinator at NHPHA. She is currently pursuing a MPH at the University of New Hampshire. She spent over 15 years in direct healthcare administration and management before shifting to the public health arena. She has worked throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts in private practices, hospital systems and homecare/hospice. Most recently, she has provided federal grant program coordination for North Country Health Consortium and Communities for Alcohol and Drug-Free Youth. In her down time, she loves to spend time with her daughter Lilly and her two dogs, Alexander the Great Dane and Clark the Belgian Tervuren. She is excited to continue her public health career as the Immunization Coalition Coordinator.

Andrea Guzman is the Workforce Development Coordinator at NHPHA. She graduated from California State University, Chico with a BS in Health Science and is pursuing a MPH at the University of New Hampshire. She spent the past few years working at nonprofits that support victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. At these organizations, Andrea did program planning for prevention education in high schools, colleges, and the community, as well as advocacy and counseling. Additionally, Andrea has experience in web design and legislative outreach. She is an avid reader, traveler, and yoga student and is excited to continue her public health career as the Workforce Development Coordinator.

Autumn Raschick-Goodwin is the Program Assistant at NHPHA. She graduated from New Hampshire Institute of Art in 2015 with a BFA majoring in Fine Arts and a minor in Printmaking. Autumn has extensive experience in customer service across various industries ranging from finance to consumer goods, but it was her National Service experience with the AmeriCorps VISTA program that cemented her desire to build a career in helping others. Autumn is thrilled to be working at the NHPHA to help improve public health in New Hampshire.
