2023 TEAM UP TAKE ACTION CONFERENCE

In partnership with Dartmouth Health and Vermont Public Health Association,  NHPHA invites you to join us at the 2023 Team Up Take Action Conference on Friday, December 1, 2023 at the Hanover Inn Dartmouth in Hanover, NH.

This year's conference theme is Improving Health Equity: Programs, Policy, Measurements, and Workforce.

CONFERENCE PURPOSE

The conference is designed to bring the workforce of public health and the healthcare system together to advance health equity and improve health outcomes. The conference was developed in response to a growing recognition that an interdisciplinary, coordinated, cross-sector approach is necessary to improve health equity.

Our goal is to bring together public health and healthcare bright minds to give ideas-focused and evidence-based talks to foster learning and provoke conversations that matter.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Team Up Take Action convenes public health, healthcare, and human and social service professionals to build bridges, understand each other's perspectives and learn best practices in cross-sector partnership and teamwork. The audience is professionals in public health, healthcare system, social services, community-based organizations, and students preparing for careers in all sectors.

WHY ATTEND?
  • Hear from health leaders on recent developments, initiatives, and updates.
  • Discuss evidence-based and promising practices and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare and public health organizations on community engagement efforts!!
